Kurutta Shake Carpaccio
A Christmas plate disguised as Japanese art. Salmon, white soy yuzu ponzu, marinated trout roe, lime dressing, cress, yuzu kosho & shiso.

Anzu Tōji
A Christmas cocktail like no other. An aromatic and intense rum sour with Brugal 1888, apricot, lime & ginger.
