Summer is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re bringing over eight meters of restaurant with us to this year’s festival season. We’re ready to serve you – whether you’re a sushi lover, a stick fan, or somewhere deliciously in between.

This year, you’ll find us at some of Denmark’s most exciting festivals, where we’ll be serving up a handpicked selection from our menu right in the middle of the action. Come visit our food truck at Folkemødet, Heartland, Vig Festival, Musik i Gentofte, Rock under Broen, Musik i Lejet, and many more incredible events.

It’s going to be a summer filled with flavour, music, and unforgettable moments.

• Børnefestibal – 30–31 May 2026
  A festival in child-sized proportions at Lindevangsparken in Frederiksberg. Small fish, big smiles and sushi for the whole family.

• Nordic Michelin Guide Ceremony – 1 June 2026

  The Nordics’ biggest food stars gather in Tivoli. We’re bringing sticks and sushi to the party.

• Folkemødet – 10–13 June 2026
  We’re rolling into Allinge on Bornholm to serve sushi with something to say.

• Rock under Broen – 12–13 June 2026
  Rock music and rolls lined up beneath the Little Belt Bridge in Middelfart.

• Heartland – 18–20 June 2026
  Art, music and big flavours at Egeskov Castle on Funen.

• Stella Polaris – 20 June 2026
  Electronic beats, cold drinks and Japanese favourites in Frederiksberg Gardens.

• Good Vibes Only Festival – 20 June 2026
  Good vibes, cold drinks and Japanese favourites in Øresundsparken.

• Hornbæk Havnefest – 24–26 July 2026

  Summer vibes, harbour life and sushi by the water in Hornbæk Harbour.

• VIG Festival – 8–11 July 2026
  Music, people and maki – we’re bringing the festival favourites to Vig.

• Musik i Lejet – 16–18 July 2026
  We’re heading to Tisvildeleje with Japanese festival favourites and summer on the menu.

  Music and maki at Refshaleøen. We’re keeping hungry festival guests well fed.
