Learn more about gift cards
Gift cards for Sticks'n'Sushi can be purchased in our restaurants or on our website. The gift cards are either physical, numbered cards that can be reloaded and used for purchases in all Sticks'n'Sushi restaurants, or digital gift cards received via email. We do not write a name on the gift card, so it can be given to anyone you like; your best friend, your partner, your mother. You can use the gift card in all our restaurants in Copenhagen, London, and Berlin. If you lose your gift card, have two gift cards that need to be combined, or have other questions, please feel free to contact us.
You can always add more money to physical gift cards in the restaurants. The maximum amount per gift card is 3,000 DKK. When you buy a physical gift card online, it is sent by mail. Occasionally, we experience long delivery times, so please order in advance. If you need the gift card immediately, you are welcome to pick it up at your nearest Sticks'n'Sushi. Alternatively, you can choose to order a digital gift card which you will receive shortly. If you need further assistance, you can also call us, and we will be happy to help.
Security
You may share your gift card with others. However, be aware that you are responsible for all use—and misuse—of your gift card. Therefore, only share the card with people you trust. There are no fees when you use the gift card. We do not like hidden fees or charges.
Validity period
The card is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase or from the last time you topped it up. If you are in doubt about its validity, you are always welcome to contact us.
Liability and responsibility
If you lose your gift card, please contact us immediately so we can block the card as quickly as possible.
App/Loyalty
You do not earn any points when purchasing gift cards.
If you use and redeem a gift card, you will earn points for the purchase, just like with any other payment method.
The gift card can be added in the SNS App under “Wallet”, i.e. the same place as the credit cards attached to your profile.
When paying with a gift card, the user must scan the gift card in the SNS App.
