Brunch Menu Highlights

Kick things off with a spread of our favourites, made for sharing (or keeping all to yourself, we don't judge): Edamame, crispy Karaage, Kinoko Korokke and truffle goma Cauliflower. Then it’s onto your choice of made-to-order maki rolls; Pink Alaska, Crispy Ebi or Spicy Tuna Next up, sticks. Choose from Shake Teriyaki or Tsukune, served hot from the grill.

And because no brunch is complete without something sweet, finish things off with our deightful mango coconut rice dessert.

We've paired our brunch with a tasting flight featuring three of our favourite serves: Sake Lychee Martini, Yuzu Zoo and Hibiscus Margarita, each chosen to complement the flavours of the menu.
