As the leaves begin to fall and the evenings turn golden, we’re quietly preparing something new. A few surprises. A few bold ideas.
You’ll see it in our Autumn Specials — dishes that lean into the richness of the season, crafted to warm the table and spark conversation.
You’ll feel it at our Long Table Gatherings, where strangers become friends over shared plates and shared stories. For the first time, we’re bringing this tradition to the UK. It’s less of a dinner, more of a movement.
And then there’s Sake Month — an entire month devoted to the drink we never stop learning from. Join us for tastings, pairings and discoveries, guided by the people who know it best.
Oh, and Halloween? Let’s just say our restaurants may feel a little… enchanted. Especially if you’re under 10. Rumour has it there’s a friendly witch hiding in plain sight — and she’s been leaving clues. Costumes welcome. Smiles expected.
