Prague sushi restaurant opening 2026

In autumn 2026, we’ll open our very first Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant in Prague, bringing our mix of Japanese culinary traditions, Danish design and wholehearted hospitality to the city.

Founded in Copenhagen in 1994 by brothers Jens and Kim Rahbek together with their brother-in-law Thor Andersen, Sticks'n'Sushi has grown from one Copenhagen restaurant into a family of restaurants across Europe.

Whether you choose to share generous set menus or order à la carte, Sticks’n’Sushi is as much about the ‘sticks’ as the ‘sushi’.
