Try our fusion of Japanese and Danish
We are a fusion of a Japanese traditionalist and a Danish anarchist, with locally grown vegetables and fresh catches from the surrounding waters.
And while we may never fully honour or uphold the old Japanese sushi tradition, we are occasionally visited by the ambassador – which we take as a sign of forgiveness.
We will continue to serve delicious and high quality sushi in Copenhagen and beyond, satisfying both the eyes and the taste buds.
